Axcera showcases new echo-canceling DVB repeater

Axcera demonstrated its new Innovator LX Series DVB-T/DVB-H echo-canceling repeater at IBC2007.

Axcera developed the echo-canceling repeater specifically for use in fixed or mobile DVB television applications with an overall insertion delay as low as six microseconds, ensuring a minimal impact on guard band margin.

The compact repeater includes a modular exciter/control chassis and efficient LDMOS transistors for extremely linear operation.

Remote monitoring and control of the Innovator LX is available via a Web browser/SNMP interface, allowing all repeater parameters to be securely accessed through any computer with an Internet connection. The Innovator LX is available in average DVB power levels ranging from 5Wto 1850W.
