Advent motorizes 1m Mantis flyaway dish

Advent Communication's ultra-light 1m Mantis flyaway dish is now motorized for simple deployment

The addition of a motor makes deployment of the Mantis Fly-Away simple and automatic.

The motor allows personnel working in the field to concentrate on capturing program content, rather than setting up satellite communications.

The Mantis fly-away transmits early live coverage from remote areas. It can be carried on a plane and can deliver live video from the scene of the news.

The motorization package also includes the iACU4000, which is a compact antenna control and motor drive system.
