ADC to feature broadcast-specific solutions at IBC2004

ADC's ProPatch programmable patching system

ADC will introduce several new products, including connectors and a patch panel at IBC2004.

The company will roll out:

  • The ProPatch programmable patching system, which combines a WECO-compliant bantam jack with a precision DIP. It is a high-density (2x48) system that fits in a 1RU panel.
  • Format reversible ProAx connectors. With ADC's U.S. and four European connectors (Fischer, Lemo 4A, Lemo 3T and Lemo 4E), camera technicians can approach O.B. vans and internationally televised events with confidence.
  • ProPatch optical normal through panel, designed to provide patch bay exception, normal through functionality, similar to copper-based patch panels.
  • Super high-density LCJ coaxial connector, a new series of ultra miniature coaxial PC-mount connectors designed for high-speed routing for AES audio, analog video and SDI.
