A typical Richland broadcast facility is constructed with a heavy 12-foot face K-braced tower and a 60’ candelabra capable of supporting 20 TV and FM broadcast tenants. The transmission facilities are generally more than 10,000 sq. ft. with height clearance of 18-24 feet. Closed circuit television cameras throughout the buildings and at the site access ensure protection of the entire facility.
