Vitec Group company and specialists in the dry hire of Vinten's renowned camera support equipment, is preparing for an upturn in demand from OB companies as they get ready for coverage of the Olympic Games in Beijing.
Vinten Equipment Hire already supplies camera support equipment to most of the U.K.'s leading OB production companies, where the Vector range is the familiar industry standard. To meet the increased demand with the Olympics Vinten Equipment Hire has ordered 25 of the latest Vector 750 pan/tilt heads.
"We are in talks with some of our key OB equipment hire customers about their requirements for Olympics coverage," said John Banham, Vinten Equipment Hire manager.
