Satellite Update - Nov. 5, 2009
The FCC did not release a list of International Bureau Policy Branch actions on satellite actions last week. There was only a single item.

From FCC Report SAT-00643 (PDF):
  • • Sirius XM Radio, Inc. requested special temporary authority (STA) to continue to operate two terrestrial repeaters in Harrisburg, Pa. for a period of 180 days. One repeater would operate with an average EIRP of up to 1,000 watts for use on the Sirius network (2320-2332.5 MHz) and the other with an average EIRP of up to 2,000 watts for use on the XM network (2332.5-2345 MHz).
