The FCC Report and Order FCC 04-168) including the plan for Nextel to clear incumbents from the two lower 2 GHz broadcast auxiliary service (BAS) channels was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 22. This sets the deadline for Nextel to accept the FCC plan in early February, 75 days after publication of the Report and Order in the Federal Register.
