Bonneville International Corp. President and CEO Bruce Reese will head a search committee charged with selecting a successor to NAB President and CEO David Rehr. NAB Joint Board Chairman Jack Sander made the announcement yesterday.

Reese, who is the NAB’s immediate past joint board chairman, will head the search committee, as per NAB by-laws. The search committee also will include current members of the NAB executive committee. An open seat on the Radio Board executive committee will be filled before the search committee convenes its first meeting.

Rehr in early May announced his plans to leave the NAB. He has served as NAB President and CEO since December 2005.
