FCC Revises Procedures for July 20 Block C Auction

The FCC issued a Public Notice (DA 05-1498) announcing revised procedures for uploading ownership disclosure data to the Integrated Spectrum Auction System for Auction 60, which covers C block spectrum (710-716/740-746 MHz - TV Channels 54/59) in the markets in Puerto Rico which remained unsold in Auction 49.
