The FCC said it was prepared to grant construction permits to winning bidders in LPTV Auction 81 after final payments are made. A Public Notice (DA-06-602) explains how to make the payments and lists--in Attachment A--all the applications it is prepared to grant. Attachment A lists the application file number, applicant name, city, state and facility ID for each of the winning applications.

Channel numbers and technical information were not included in the Public Notice or Attachment A, but by using the application file number as a reference, the data should be available through CDBS Public Access or in the TV database spreadsheets (refer to the DTV Station Status article below for the link).
