FCC 1.4 GHz Auction Closes, Winners Announced
The FCC announced that Auction 69 for spectrum at 1.4 GHz, has closed. Two bidders won a total of 64 licenses. The auction covered paired 1392-1395 MHz and 1432-1435 MHz spectrum and unpaired 1390-1392 MHz spectrum. Two bidders, CCTV Wireless Inc. and Port LLC won all the licenses. Based on the name of one of the winners, it appears wireless TV will be one of the services we see on this spectrum. A Web search revealed little information about the two winners.

See Attachment A for a complete list of the licenses offered and the winning bidders.
