Experimental Licenses - Feb. 27, 2009
An experimental license grant that may be of interest to readers was made to Cascade Networks (WE2XWA) for operation on 3650-3700 MHz (adjacent to the satellite C-band downlink band) in Longview and Kalama, Wash.

A nuclear power plant operator received an experimental license to use UHF TV spectrum “for evaluating communications inside and around a nuclear reactor.” This license (WE2XWZ) was issued to Enexus Energy Corp. for fixed and mobile used in Covert, Mich., Mt. Vernon, Vt., Lycoming and Buchanan, N.Y. and Plymouth, Mass.
