Comcast to Carry Denver Nuggets in HD
In a deal with, Comcast has inked a deal with Altitude Sports and Entertainment to carry 40 Denver Nuggets games this NBA season. The Nuggets beat the Miami Heat in the first game broadcast in HD for the Denver Comcast subscribers on Dec. 4.

HDTV simulcasts will run on the Comcast HD channel 665 in the Denver Metro region. Most home games and some games on the road will be broadcast in HD in Denver.

The service features 13 channels including local ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox HD broadcasts.

Comcast serves more than 21 million cable TV subscribers nationwide. Altitude Sports and Entertainment is the television home for the Denver Nuggets as well as other local and regional sports teams.
