Comcast Offers Panasonic, Dell HD Rebates
Comcast is offering rebates on some DTV products including HD sets with cut-off dates ranging from Dec. 31 until the end of February, depending on the participating partner. Comcast TV and/or broadband customers are being offered rebates of $200-230 by mail with purchase of Panasonic's PT-52LCX65 and PT-61LCX65 LCD rear-projection models, available only via Panasonic Direct online.

The 52-inch PT-52 HD unit and the 61-inch PT-61 HD set come with ATSC/QAM/NTSC tuners and CableCard slots, and are subject to mail-in rebates, good through the end of this December.

Comcast and Dell also are offering $300 instant-off rebates for Comcast and Dell customers on Dell's 50-inch Plasma HD. This rebate offer is valid through Feb. 28 and shipments exclude Alaska and Hawaii. Dell sells its own DTV and computer products directly and exclusively, online and by phone.
