Cinevideogroup Opts for RTS
Netherlands-based outside broadcast service provider Cinevideogroup has acquired of two new RTS-equipped high-definition OB vehicles.

The new vans are equipped with a RTS ADAM matrix intercom, and have already been put to use covering the Spanish first division football matches involving Real Madrid, FC Barcelona and FC Valencia for the American Rainbow Sports Network; a Berlin concert by The Cure; and a Simply Red concert in Sicily.

The RTS equipment allows the production team to ensure optimal communication during every production. One of the broadcast vans is equipped with a comprehensive 128-port ADAM matrix, the other features a Cronus system. Both broadcast vans include KP-32 Classic and KP-12 keypanels.

The ADAM supports 8 to 1000+ users per system; 272 ports are possible in just a 7RU frame. Using a Time Division Multiplex (TDM) technique, the ADAM grows linearly as users are added and the system comes with newly-redesigned redundant high current power supplies as standard.
