An editorial in Sunday's Rocky Mountain News begins, "We've been remiss in not denouncing a bone-headed decision by Jefferson County commissioners that panders to ill-informed fears and once again stalls the Denver region's march into 21st century telecommunications." The editorial, Waiting, waiting for a digital tower - Jeffco's misbehavior, continues, "Unfortunately, a Not-In-My-Backyard coalition is playing the political and legal game of obstruction like seasoned pros, which in fact they've become."
