Boeing Agrees to Deferred Payment on MSV Satellites
Mobile Satellite Ventures said this week it has reached an agreement with Boeing Satellite Service to defer an additional $40 million of payments on the construction of the MSV-2 satellite. The MSV-1 and MSV-2 satellites are part of MSV’s hybrid satellite-terrestrial network. The network operates on L-band frequencies.

MSV said the construction program is proceeding as planned and is consistent with the previously announced launch windows of 4Q2009 for MSV-1 and 3Q2010 for MSV-2.
