Here is an HDV editing software that, for a few hundred dollars, permits users to do HD effects, filters, and transitions and to preview them quickly without rendering. It also has sophisticated, animated text and motion graphics capabilities. If that is not enough, it has powerful sound editing tools, including the capability to deal with 99 audio tracks.
