Another Web site Seeks to ‘Demystify’ DTV
While pro and college football kick off this month, a Web site calling itself Demystifying Digital aims to assist confused consumers with their HD technology questions in time for most of the games this season. The site has FAQ’s and suggested digital products fro ma variety of makers and technologies) ranging from HD sets to cell phones.

The site is the second to be announced in recent weeks whose goal is to educate consumers about emerging digital technology. Time Warner Cable and Cisco recently joined up to sponsor a similar online resource (HD Notebook, Aug. 29, 2007).

This week, Demystifying Digital was recommending the following HD models among different sizes and technologies: Panasonic’s TH-50PX77U (plasma); Sharp’s LC-32D40U (LCD); and Sony’s KDS-60A2020 (rear projection).
