‘Harry Potter’ Takes Over Blu-ray Top 10
As expected, the latest Harry Potter movie to reach the Blu-ray realm shot straight to the lead in the Blu-ray Top 10 in its first week out, nudging out “Star Trek” and the Jonny Depp gangster flick “Public Enemies,” which could no better than no. 3 in its first week.

The Pixar/Disney title “UP” remained in the Top 10, albeit at no. 10, and the Meryl Streep-Amy Adams gastronomically themed bio “Julie & Julia” slid to no. 9.

According to Rentrak, the Top 10 Blu-ray title sales for the week ending Dec. 12:

1. “Harry Potter and Half-Blood Prince” (Warner Bro.)

3. “Public Enemies” (Universal)
4. “Terminator Salvation” (Warner Bros.)
5. “Night of the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian” (20th Century Fox)
