Weather Channel selects Ikegami HD cameras

The Weather Channel will begin delivering weather information to viewers around the clock from its studio with seven new Ikegami HDK-75EX HD cameras.

The new cameras employs IT CCDs for superb picture quality, shoots in the 1080i HD format, and provides simultaneous 480i SD outputs.
