Utah Scientific Names Bob Natwick Northeast Sales Manager
Utah Scientific, a Salt Lake City-based provider of routing switchers and master control switchers, has appointed Bob Natwick its northeast regional sales manager. Natwick will oversee territory encompassing the area from the District of Columbia north to New England.

Natwick, who has more than 25 years of experience in the broadcast industry, was a member of the founding team of Modulus Video in 2003, helping to lead the way in MPEG-4 video compression technology. Previously, he worked for about 20 years in sales and management with Ampex Corp., Grass Valley Group, DiviCom (now Harmonic), and Tandberg Television. In 2005, Natwick founded his own sales representative company in the mid-Atlantic region, representing Modulus, Utah Scientific, and other product lines.

Natwick currently serves as section manager in the Washington, D.C., Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers, and he is a member of the Society of Cable and Telecommunications Engineers. In his new position with Utah Scientific, he reports directly to Harmon.

"We at Utah are delighted to welcome someone of Bob's wide knowledge, experience, and talent," said Tom Harmon, president and CEO of Utah Scientific. "From our past association with him, we know he will increase our presence in the northeast region and help generate excitement about our new products and technology."
