Tektronix intros HD rasterizer

Tektronix's WVR7100 rasterizer
Tektronix, a provider of test, measurement and monitoring equipment and systems, is now offering its new WVR7100 rasterizer. With the WVR7100 rasterizer, HD, SD and composite analog signals, as well as digital and analog audio can be monitored from one instrument.

The rasterizer enables users to maintain high video quality and conformance to broadcast specifications.

The unit’s FlexVu display enables users to configure the instrument to display waveform, vector, gamut, picture, alarm screens, error log and audio signal levels in four different tiles. It supports two passive loop-through HD SDI inputs of the most prevalent HD formats (720p, 1035i, 1080i, 1080p and 1080sF) at a variety of frame rates.
