SSL launches AWS 900 analog workstation system at NAB2004

Solid State Logic showed its new AWS 900 analog workstation system, combining the dual benefits of SuperAnalogue processing and sophisticated digital control to provide a complete solution for the use of DAWs in professional audio applications.



Signal routing, I/O, monitoring and signal processing are all permanently available on the console.

The AWS 900 provides the dual benefits of a fully featured SuperAnalogue signal path, coupled with a comprehensive DAW controller. The product is a result of extensive user feedback and market studies.

Key features include:

  • Combined SSL console and DAW controller

  • SSL SuperAnalogue mic pre’s and signal processing

  • Full monitoring system up to 5.1 surround

  • Direct control of DAW recording, editing and mixing functions

  • Flexible signal routing

Signal routing, I/O, monitoring and signal processing are all permanently available on the console. Motorized faders provide conventional audio level control as well as controlling the DAW recording and replay levels.
