SignaSys works on PBS multichannel upgrades

Systems Integrator SignaSys is working with about a dozen PBS member stations on master control upgrades to create multichannel broadcasting and datacasting operations. The projects vary in scope and level of complexity, from design work (conceptual & build-to drawings) and equipment procurement to staging, installation, and site acceptance testing (configuration, testing & training).

Recent PBS station projects with SignaSys include:

--KAMU, Texas A&M University’s college station; KCSM, San Mateo Community College District’s San Mateo, California station; KEDT, South Texas Public Broadcasting System’s Corpus Christi, Texas station; KLRU, Capital of Texas Public Telecomm Council’s Austin, Texas station; KLVX, Clark County School District’s Las Vegas, Nevada station; KPTS, Kansas Public Telecomm Service’s Wichita, Kansas station; KTXT, Texas Tech University’s Lubbock, Texas station; KUHT, University of Houston’s Houston, Texas station; KWBU, Brazos Valley Public Broadcast Foundation’s Waco, Texas station; KVIE, KVIE’s Sacramento, California station; WCEU, WCEU Foundation’s Daytona Beach, Florida station; and WSKG, WSKG Public Telecomm Council’s Vestal, New York station.
