SGT to unveil Interoperability Services line with MXF compatibility

SGT will highlight its media, transmission and traffic management product lines at IBC2004.

The company will unveil its new Interoperability Services line. These products give all of SGT's systems MXF compatibility using the OpenCube technology.

The integration of MXF and other open formats gives users the ability to make easy and natural interconnections among their systems for program scheduling, transmission and editing.

The company also will show the integration of HD in broadcast systems and Media Manager's features intrinsic functions for multiformat management and has a capacity for automatic workflow processing.

In playout systems, the new version 5 of DBOS Automation will be spotlighted. Version 5 offers extended VDCP protocol, hot redundancy with automatic switchover and display of graphic insertions in timeline form.
