RF Central acquires Microwave Service

Carlisle, PA-based RF Central has acquired the assets of Microwave Service (MSC), a microwave equipment sales, lease and service company. No financial details were released.

MSC, located in Haverhill, MA, will continue to operate from its 12,000sq ft facility. MSC's president, CEO and founder Warren Parece will continue to manage the company and will also serve on the board of managers of RF Central.

Daniel Shine, MSC's vice president of sales and marketing working out of his current MSC office, will now serve as VP of business development for RF Central.

RF Central manufactures and supplies microwave equipment to broadcasters throughout the United States. Through its subsidiary, Total RF (located in Bensalem, PA), it supports live news, sports and a wide variety of entertainment events.
