Redbyte Design joins openGear platform

Ross Video and Redbyte Design will expand the openGear terminal equipment platform. Redbyte Design offers a range of standalone converters for the broadcast industry. The company will join other terminal equipment vendors in supporting the openGear platform.

Ross Video's openGear is based on an open-architecture, 2RU modular frame designed to accommodate up to 10 cards. A wide variety of cards are available from terminal equipment vendors supporting the openGear platform, allowing facilities the freedom and flexibility to choose the best technology for their particular applications.

See Ross Video in NAB booth SU6010 or visit www.rossvideo.com.
