Prime Focus adds Aspera fasp transport technology

Prime Focus, a global visual entertainment company with 17 facilities in India, the UK and North America, has begun using Aspera’s fasp transport technology for fast, secure, reliable digital file-sharing across three continents.

Prime Focus is relying on Aspera software to enable global production of rich media content for film, broadcast, online media and gaming industries. The entertainment company provides customers with CLEAR, a Web-based media asset and workflow management platform that offers the flexibility to share and manage content globally in a secure manner. The Aspera software solution is now embedded within the CLEAR platform for added security, speed and end-to-end visibility and management of file transfers.
