PESA unveils SD, HD, analog and AES support for Cheetah router



The Pesa Cheetah is a full feature digital routing switcher.

PESA will introduce Cheetah digital routing switcher support for SD, HD, analog and AES audio signals in its new 448 Flexi-Frame.

Designed for broadcasters, post-production facilities, satellite service providers and telecom facilities, Cheetah also now offers DAC (10-bit SDI-to-analog conversion), HD-to-SD down-conversion capability via optional output cards, and dual outputs for HD, SD or analog video.

Besides the Flexi-Frame, Cheetah also supports 64 x 64 in 7 RUs, 128 x 128 in 10 RUs, 256 x 256 in 18 RUs and 512 x 512 in a 41-RU frame.
