OmniBus debuts Windows 9 compliant multi-format news editor

OmniBus Systems has launched its HeadLine Media Editor Suite with support for Windows Media 9 Series in its multi-format editor.

The powerful combination of Windows Media 9 Series' advanced digital platform and HeadLine Editor's journalist-friendly functionality enables high-speed SD and HD editing in single or mixed formats, even on a laptop.

In addition to a media player and encoder, Windows Media 9 Series delivers a 20 percent improvement on the current best-in-class audio and video quality for Web streaming and other forms of delivery.

Already broadly accepted by businesses and consumers, it enables professional producers to create the best SD- and HD-quality video and multi-channel audio at the lowest possible data rates.

OmniBus' HeadLine Media Editor series is a range of timeline-based editing packages specifically for news and sports production. As a desktop system, the editor is an intuitive component of OmniBus' modular HeadLine news solution.
