New York newspaper installs Media 3’s BureauCam

The New York Daily News has installed a BureauCam system from Media 3.

The newspaper plans to transmit live interviews to broadcast stations around the country and across the world. BureauCam is a compact, fully integrated live shot control system designed for local and remote operations via broadband or dial-up connection.

The BureauCam resulted in new exposure for the newspaper, enabling its staff to make live appearances on stations such as NBC, CNBC, MSNBC and CNN.

The BureauCam system is used on a daily basis from a small studio in the Daily News building in New York City.
