Media DVX, Pathfire partner for ad delivery service

Media DVX and Pathfire have partnered to combine their existing facilities to reach more than 1300 broadcast stations nationwide.
Under the terms of the agreement, Media DVX and Pathfire will combine their existing station server footprints. Through the partnership, Media DVX will provide its customers with access to more than 99 percent of the broadcast television stations in the United States.
The deal expands Media DVX's reach as it will be the only electronic ad delivery company utilizing the network.
Major advertisers, ad agencies, and their dub and ship house distribution partners use the Media DVX network to deliver advertising spots electronically within hours of completion. This is part of an overall industry trend to decrease spot delivery time and gain additional hours at the critical production and post-production points along the advertising value chain.
