McQ ships E*Logger 2.0 error and time code logging software

McQ Productions/Software Systems has released E*Logger 2.0, a digital videotape error and time code logging application. The program is currently available for Mac OS 8.1 to 9.x.

For digital error logging, E*Logger works with broadcast digital video recorders, including Sony's DigiBeta, IMX and HD recorders, and Panasonic's AJ-D and AJ-H series digital recorders. For time code break logging, which is new in version 2.0, E*Logger works with any RS-422-controlled player or recorder.

With a single click, E*Logger will log video and audio errors on a digital videotape. It can simultaneously log time code breaks and gaps. The resulting log can be saved to disk as a text file, printed, or both.
