Current Chief Donna Gregg will become senior policy advisor for the U.S. representative to the World Radiocommunication Conference.

Also, the chairman plans to appoint Helen Domenici as International Bureau chief. For five years, she has served at the Office of Science and Technology Policy at the White House as assistant director for telecommunications and information technology.
