<br/>Jerry Gepner New CTO for Vitec Broadcast Group
The Vitec Group has selected five-time Emmy Award winner Jerry Gepner as its new CTO for the Vitec Broadcasting Group.

In his new role Gepner will work with group companies to develop broadcast technologies and help guide the company's internal product development on intercoms and robotic camera supports.

Formerly, Gepner served as president of National Mobile Television (NMT) where he was involved in the development of HD mobile units for both national and regional uses. He also helped launch Venue Services Group, an NMT-owned systems design and integration company. Prior to his work at NMT, he was the executive vice president for Fox Sports and was cofounder and COO of Sportvision, a technology company that provides computer-generated graphics enhancements for live sports telecasts.
