IBC2007 Mobile Zone to offer insight on emerging mobile TV market

The Mobile Zone at IBC2007 will offer insight into the latest developments in mobile television as the European market for the delivery of broadcast content to devices on the go begins to take off.
Snell & Wilcox, Samsung and QUALCOMM are among the companies that will participate in the Mobile Zone; UK broadcast transmission infrastructure provider National Grid Wireless will join the companies in the Mobile Zone as a Platinum Sponsor.
The Mobile Zone will bring together many of the organizations and technologies that are emerging as major forces in mobile TV. It will also provide an opportunity for application developers, content providers and technology companies to showcase their capabilities.
A series of free business briefings will be presented at the Mobile Zone. They will examine some issues and opportunities stemming from this new avenue of broadcast content delivery.
