GoodMood and Twofourty reach distribution accord

GoodMood, creator of the GoodMood WIP webcasting tool, has signed a distribution agreement with Twofourty, a U.K. provider of B-2-B video communication.

The deal, valued at more than a half million euros, gives GoodMood access to Twofourty’s client base, which includes several large international firms.

The partnership between Twofourty and GoodMood will take advantage of the similar background of both companies in TV production and digital communications solutions. Twofourty has been ranked as the leading interactive media company by Televisual magazine’s survey in the U.K.

Some of Twofourty’s webcasting clients include Houses of Parliament, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Audi U.K., DTi, Nationwide, Allen and Overy and Compuware.

Both companies are focused on accelerating the growth of the webcasting markets and are mutually committed to long-term cooperation. The core of their cooperation is the GoodMood WIP solution.
