Glendale 11, the city-owned local cable TV station in Glendale, AZ, will use a full complement of Thomson Grass Valley HD video production equipment to produce local news, sports and information for residents.

Acquisition of the multiformat HD equipment represents a substantial commitment for the local cable production department. With a production staff that includes broadcast veterans and video production experts with decades of broadcast experience, Glendale 11 has claimed a number of national TV awards, including several Telly Awards, in recognition of its broadcast achievements.
