Geevs Broadcast introduces EZ-Edit for news, sports editing

Geevs EZ-Edit meets the need for fast workflow in news and sports editing applications.

Facilities include voice-over, split edits and export to Windows Media 9.

Close integration with the Geevs video server family also enhances workflow for improved productivity and fast turnaround. Metadata entered in a video server is shared with EZ-Edit, and vice versa. Recordings being made on Geevs can be edited while they are still being captured. Projects edited in the EZ-Edit can be saved as new clips or played out directly from servers without rendering. This direct project playout saves both rendering time and storage space, while also conserving bandwidth.
