Encoda Appoints Jack Donnelly to CIO
Encoda Systems Inc. recently appointed Jack Donnelly to the post of CIO and vice president, where he will be responsible for global information technology and service bureau activities.

Donnelly has 18 years of experience in developing and delivering information technology projects and programs. Previously he was the vice president of the Corporate Information Technology Group for Gambro Healthcare Inc at COBE Laboratories. He has also served as the IT manager for Applications Development and Support at Coors Brewing Company.
