DTG helps automate WYGN-TV

Taking steps to streamline its handling of program material, WYGN-TV, in Berrien Springs, MI, has installed an AIRO XDS automation package from Digital Transaction Group (DTG). The AIRO system installed at the station includes the AIRO XDS automation software, an eXtensible device server and a 360 Systems Image Server 2000, with 48 hours of storage.

The AIRO 101 system controls up to eight devices, including the three-channel 360 Systems video server, VTRs and production switchers. The AIRO automation system features device control, advanced schedule management and content acquisition. The package also includes installation and one-year software support plan.
