Digiboard honored for Atatürk International Airport digital signage network

Digiboard, a digital signage company based in Turkey, earned a DIGI Award from the Digital Signage Group in the category of Transportation Application, Excellence in Creativity.

The digital advertising and communication platform installed at the international terminals of Atatürk Airport in Istanbul provides the airport's visitors with innovative and dynamic branded advertising media.

At the Atatürk International Airport, the Dynamic Digital Media Network, based on Scala InfoChannel, reaches an audience of 50,000 travelers per day. This number increases to 70,000-80,000 during the high tourist season — reaching an estimated 20 million travelers per year. The 24/7 broadcast displays dynamic advertising and a variety of airport information.

Digiboard's screens are positioned at strategic locations throughout the airport, mainly at the duty-free shops, gateways, boarding areas, passport control and baggage collection areas. The airport has a variety of 42in and 60in screens deployed, displaying 144 advertising spots at each location.
