Broadcast antenna provider Dielectric Communications, a division of SPX, has hired Roger Cote to the position of vice president of sales and marketing. In his new role, Cote will oversee sales management and customer service and relations, while also coordinating marketing of the company's antenna system product lines.

Cote joins Dielectric with more than 20 years of experience in enterprise-wide business and manufacturing operations. "We're confident that he will be an invaluable asset to Dielectric as we continue to develop and market new technologies, and it's a pleasure to welcome him to our team."
