Crispin has added remote diagnostics to its Crispin 4 Life support plan.
Crispin 4 Life is the company's seven-year, no fee, 24/7 support plan for customers. Remote diagnostics adds rapid analysis of anomalies, efficient configuration changes, and swift collection of device and application logs for troubleshooting purposes. Remote connectivity can reduce diagnostic time by as much as 75 percent, the company said.
Remote connectivity also features other non-diagnostic benefits, including efficient software updates and upgrades, and pre-commissioning, which frees up on-site hours for higher value tasks and remote training.
