BOXX offers Alias Maya software on high-performance workstations

BOXX Technologies has entered an agreement with Alias to offer its Maya Complete and Maya Unlimited software as a 3-D software solution to the BOXX series of professional workstations.

Used by film and video artists, Maya software is an integrated 3-D modeling, animation, effects and rendering solution that also adds to the quality and realism of 2-D graphics.

BOXX workstations are optimized for media creation applications. Available in single-or dual-processor configurations, the systems feature the latest AMD Athlon and Opteron processors and Intel Pentium 4 and Xeon processors. It also supports software from Adobe, Autodesk, Discreet, Newtek and Softimage.
