BBC Worldwide puts Motion Gallery, CBS news archive online

BBC Worldwide is making it easier for news organizations and other media professionals to access and download news clips by making the BBC Motion Gallery available to customers through the Internet.

With more than 10,000 moving image clips, the BBC Motion Gallery provides access to clips that can be used in news programming, advertising, corporate presentations and new media applications.

With footage dating back to 1934, the BBC archive encompasses a wide variety of footage. It also contains more than 700,000 hours of clips from the CBS News archive, which features footage of many historic events.
