The Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC) will conduct a two-day seminar to provide information and hands-on application details for station engineers and operators involved in the PSIP distribution chain.

The seminar, to be held Oct. 22-23 at the Embassy Suites, 1900 Diagonal Road, Alexandria, VA, will also include an afternoon of closed captioning education.

The speakers are billed as active ATSC participants who developed the standards and are experienced in providing implementation solutions.

Decisionmark, LINX Electronics, and Thales Broadcast & Multimedia are sponsoring the event. The draft program and registration details can be viewed at www.atsc.org/seminars.html.
