Analog Way debuts Octo-FX computer and video seamless switcher

Analog Way has expanded its Octo line of products with the Octo-FX, a computer and video seamless switcher that provides fading and titling effects as well as logo insertion and frame store functions.

The compact, multi-purpose device is intended for use in high-end presentations, conference and boardrooms, and large screen projections. Effects and functions to enhance high-end presentations include the ability to add subtitles that remain on screen during transition to another input; fade, dissolve, black and cut transition effects; a logo insertion function with SXGA, 16-million-color resolution, display of two logos simultaneously, and storage of up to eight logos; and a frame store function that retains a still image even if there is no input sources.
