AmberFin Names Jay Batista as President, Americas
AmberFin has appointed industry veteran Jay Batista as president of its Americas’ operation. In this newly created role, Batista is responsible for sales, marketing and business development, as well as driving the company’s business growth across the region.

Batista’s experience covers both hardware and software systems. Prior to joining the company, Batista was vice president of sales at VCI Solutions. He has also held senior roles at Harris’ Broadcast Communications division and California Microwave.

“Our initial success and client adoption of our products shows that there is strong potential for AmberFin iCR in the American market,” said Jeremy Deaner, CEO of AmberFin. “With Jay’s extensive experience in driving sales and growing business operations across a number of regions, we are confident the company can continue to achieve its strategic growth objectives across North America, while exploring new market opportunities.”

AmberFin is formerly part of the Snell & Wilcox Group. The company recently separated from Snell & Wilcox after the group merged with Pro-Bel. AmberFin is privately held by Advent Venture Partners and headquartered in Basingstoke, U.K. Its U.S. headquarters is located in Burbank, Calif.
